Things you should read now that you own a watch from Ticktick.

Great - I’ve got the watch! But how do I get it out of the packaging?

There are many ways to get into it, but here at Ticktick we suggest you turn the package side on, then with your hands gripping each side of the grey strip, pull hard. This will cause the grey plastic strip to pop apart and TADA – your watch is free!

How to wear it

You would think this was self explanatory – but there are a few little tricks for getting your Breo Sport Roam Watch on and off which we really think you should follow.

These watches are made of rubber, and rubber doesn’t last well when it is under uneven pressure (like if you were to try and pull the watch over your hand and onto your wrist)

So how do you put it on?

ROLL it on.

Put the watch over your fingers and roll it down over your hand until it pops onto your wrist. This provides even stretch around the whole watch and saves it stressing out.

It's telling the wrong time!

If your watch is showing the incorrect time or you want to change the time – instructions are in the packet.

What if it's broken?

If you get your watch and it is not working properly or it is damaged then it would be our pleasure to replace it. But wait, there are a few conditions.

1. You need to let us know within 5 days of us posting it out
2. We need to get the original watch back – we can organise that for you
3. If we get the watch back and the damage is caused by incorrect use of the watch (i.e. extreme stretching of the band) we will not replace it
4. Changing your mind about the colour is not cause for replacement - though of course if we sent the wrong one in error then we definately will

Please note that we do not accept returns except where covered by the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
